Today I want to tell everyone about how vinegar is good for your diet.
I searched so hard about how and why vinegar is good for weight loss and your overall health. because I want to try it as well as share the information with our readers. Like I said previous post, vinegar has acetic acid. Acetic acid promotes fat loss. It can reduce fat storage, increase fat burning, reduce appetite and suppress a rapid rise in blood glucose level. Sounds all good but these are some questions I had.

Is it safe? How should I consume the vinegar??

Yes, it is safe to drink vinegar. Vinegar is an acid so it should not be taken on an empty stomach. Drink the vinegar while eating or after eating. Always mix with food or a drink.

What kind of vinegar should I use??

Any kind but some kinds of vinegar contain sugar, so if you don’t want to take extra sugar watch out for ingredients. In my opinion, apple cider vinegar and black vinegar sound good to me.

How much and when do I drink it?

1 Tablespoon a day. The best time is during the day, not a night. Most important thing is that you need to drink every day. I don’t know if I can do it every day but I will try it….

There are a few things that you need to be careful about.
-Do not drink too much vinegar.
-Do not drink with an empty stomach
-Do not drink the vinegar by itself, always mix with other drinks or dilute with water.
