At Ten Sushi we do.
We deep fried salmon skin and serve it with spicy mayonnaise. We deep fried salmon skin twice so it is super crispy!!
You may not believe this, but salmon skin chips are super tasty! Salmon skin is also the most nutritious part of salmon, so it is good for your body! It would be a waste to throw out such a nutritious part of the fish, so we fry ours!
The skin of a salmon contains the highest concentration of omega-3 fatty acids, vitamins B and D. Omega-3 fatty acids have various nutritional benefits such as, reducing the risk of cardiovascular disease and blood clots, promoting brain and eye health and it is also beneficial for your skin!
