Green Salad is one of the two salads that we serve at our restaurants.
Green Salad comes with a spring mix (baby lettuce, spinach, and other edible leaves), onion, carrot, tofu, wakame, and sweet soy dressing. I am sure a lot of us know this but eating salad is healthy for your body. But do you know what specific benefits salad has to a healthy body? 🤔
